Pruning a plant sporadically for a while....isn't cutting it. Literally! Not sure what's wrong with my plant or how to fix it. Most people may try to solve the problem by getting to the root of the foundation first, rather than just trimming around the issue right? My husband and I returned back to an old neighborhood where we grew up to attend a local Community Fall Festival sponsored by Children's Hospital.
