Good Evening Ladies

I hope everything has been well with you. So much has transpired since the last time we talked. A war broke out in Ukraine, Chris Rock got slapped, Kentanji Brown Jackson became the first African American female Supreme Court Justice. Now, women's right to choose is now under attack. Whew! I don't know about you, but I need a little R and R.

All that being said, life goes on and the seasons are changing with blooms of happier times in the waiting. I know it has been hard for many us right now. Fighting so many relentless battles of despair and disappointment but I tell you what, the battle has not been lost and I assure you there will be many more great things to come!

Keep ya head in the game. If you cant find motivation anywhere take a long good look in the mirror and remind yourself you are worthy. Surround yourself with people who hold you up when you feel like you may fall. Allow faith to guide you and feed your spirit with unconditional love, happiness, and strength. You are her and she is unbroken.
