- How to introduce a new product/service to your brand - from my experience, introducing new products can be touch depending on what class of products/services you're already offering to your customers. For example, if you're currently in the candle business it may be challenging to transition into a taxes unless you already a strong community that will support the switch up. Maybe start with offering small sample sizes that will not take the attention away from your current product/services. Just because you change it does not mean it will flow off the shelf.
- How to save cost during this transition into a new product/service - as I mentioned before changing into something new can be costly depending on what you currently offer. So, maybe looking into different areas your company could improve in without carrying any additional out-of-pocket expenses to the company, such as: customer service or trouble shooting daily procedures to revamp the way your business operates. Make sure that your have primary functions are under control, so you can work in areas your business needs it the most. Just in case, of an unkown circumstance may hit. Remember So Her has survived COVID, which still has some effects on our economy today.
- Useful ways to get rid of unwanted merchandise - this is the most common issue for entrepreneurs. What is the most resourceful way to get rid of merchandise you no longer need? If you're new at this, we don't expect for you to master this technique right away. This can take some time. The main goal in this area is to spend as less money as possible. The best way to be creative, is to give back to your community with the hope from the people in mind. If you believe in your company, the community will believe in you. Organize and plan different giveaways, games, and contest to help give back to the community. This will give your supporters chance to get familiar with your logo (brand).
Remember, we are living through tough times and nobody really wants to listen to a salesman speak or your better have a whole lotta dollars to say. Lol, you get the point.....Show your value!
